This post is LONG overdue! I was hoping we'd have a name picked out before I posted ultrasounds pictures but it's been several weeks now and I still waver.
The ultrasound pictures aren't the best because the machines were acting up and I took pictures of pictures to post them. I have lots of pictures of baby brother sucking his hands or thumb, Those ones are my favorite because I'm hoping they mean he wont have feeding issues like his big brother!
I cant believe how fast I'm growing! YIKES. I've been right on track according to my OB/GYN but looking Humongous to everyone else. And come on, pictures don't lie. I'm trying to not be too hard on myself since my baseline weight was so much heavier than with Kellen. Thanks to a back injury and not loosing that last bit of my "Kelly belly" :(
Speaking of Backs, mine's been killing me. My sciatic nerve to be exact. It starts in my butt and wraps all the around to the front and partially down my leg. Not fun! Besides that and my ever growing size I have no other symptoms at present time.
Josh can finally feel baby brother moving which is fun. Kellen hasn't because he's not patient enough to wait. Kellen does often kiss, talk to ,and high five my belly. He also tells me all the things we need to get baby brother. IE) "baby brother needs a tool set",
"Baby brother needs a B" (that's what he calls his special blanket)...
And he's also full of too many questions! Such as:
Kellen: "how does the baby come out?"
Mom: "I go to the hospital and the Doctor helps take him out of my tummy."
Kellen: "but how?"
Mom: "I push him out"
Kellen: "where does he come out of?"
Mom: "He comes out of my tummy"
Kellen: "how? your belly button?"
Mom: "not really"
Kellen: "then where does he come out of ?"
Mom: " Umm...I don't remember. I'll ask the Dr."
I should probably brush up on how to address the birds and the bee's :) No wonder the stork was invented!!
