There are so many things that have changed over the past 3 years, but Kellen's love of cooking and cleaning isn't one of them! He's been by the stove since birth. First because I could never set him down, then because he had to watch, and now he wants to do all the cooking "MYSELF". I'm pretty sure one of these days I'm gonna wake up to him cooking pancakes for himself, which scares the crap out of me. Luckly we haven't had a single burn or cut and he's actually very cautious in the kitchen and a good listener. Who knows maybe in a few years he'll be making dinner every night :)

As far as his love to clean...not sure where he gets that from. When he was younger I thought he was just modeling me, but he's way past that stage and still cleaning. He especially loves vacuuming and dishes. That's fine by me because I hate doing dishes and he washes each dish 30 times :) By the time he was 18 months he figured out his toy vacuum didn't really work and boy was he mad, he wanted a real one! I got tired of dragging out the Dyson for him so for his 2nd birthday his auntie/uncle Bowes got him a mini yellow vacuum that he still uses, and actually I like it for the quick clean up too. I tell you, if Kellen keeps up this cooking and cleaning I'm raising one hell of a catch for some one's future husband, and she better worship the ground I walk on ;)
