Labor day

For Labor day we went camping with Josh's side of the family in Florence, OR.

It was suppose to rain all day, everyday that we were there! I was mentally prepared to drive all the way there, only to return in the morning. To our surprise it poured cats and dogs at night and cleared up for the day :)

It was our first family camping trip since Josh missed July's Loon Lake adventure.

Our Sand car is almost done so next year will be even more fun.
We took a family ride on the 4 wheeler while the rain broke for awhile. It was beautiful weather on the beach and Kellen had a blast in the sand once we were able to pry him off the Quad. He has a serious need for speed! He wants to do everything himself including driving. Luckily Daddy was able to help.





Ever since we've returned from the coast Kellen has been obsessed (ever more than usual) with Sand cars, Quads, and motorcyles! He's constantly "reading" Daddy's Sand Sport magazines and jumping anything with wheels. Here he is driving a quad a little more his size.
